 Air fried potato











Ingredients:

Potato

Hotdog, chopped into small pieces

Salt

Pepper

Sweet corn

Mozarella cheese, grated


Steps:

1. Wash and air fry potato for 30-40 mins on 200 degrees, until fork-tender. 

2. Remove potato from air fryer and slice off the top of it.

3. Scoop out potato into a bowl, keep the skin intact for use later. 

4. Add hotdog, salt, pepper, sweet corn and mozarella cheese into potato, then mix all of them together. 

5. Scoop all the ingredients back into the potato skin.

6. Put into air fryer for 6 mins.

7. Open air fryer and add mozzarella cheese on top and air fry another 2 mins. 

8. Serve hot.
