Located at Bentong town, this is a popular local beancurd dessert


4 flavours available to choose from, original, ginger, grass jelly, logan. 



Ginger flavour is fragrant, not too spicy. It is a mixture of ginger juice with honey. 

Beancurd is silky and smooth, very yummy.

  Braised chicken 卤鸡腿 Ingredients: 4 pieces of chicken drumsticks or thighs 6 cloves of garlic 1 capsicum, cut into small chunks 4 tablespoons of sugar 4 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce 1 stalk of spring onion, chopped into small pieces  1 tablespoon of sesame oil 1 bowl of water, or enough to cover the chicken when cooking Steps: 1.  Air fried marshmallows Ingredients 6 pieces of Marshmallows Steps: 1. Insert toothpicks through the middle of marshmallows. 2. Line them onto baking paper and put into air fryer.  3. Air fry for 5mins on 180 degrees.  4. Serve hot on its own, or with biscuits.
