 Lemang toki Bentong 竹筒饭


Came to this place for lunch, it's famous for its lemang (glutinous rice in bamboo). Soft and fragrant.

Chicken rendang is really good to go with the lemang. Rendang sauce is thick and yummy.


Roasted chicken thigh is tender and tasty too. 



Cendol has a variety of flavors, taste refreshing under the hot weather.

  Braised chicken 卤鸡腿 Ingredients: 4 pieces of chicken drumsticks or thighs 6 cloves of garlic 1 capsicum, cut into small chunks 4 tablespoons of sugar 4 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce 1 stalk of spring onion, chopped into small pieces  1 tablespoon of sesame oil 1 bowl of water, or enough to cover the chicken when cooking Steps: 1.  Air fried marshmallows Ingredients 6 pieces of Marshmallows Steps: 1. Insert toothpicks through the middle of marshmallows. 2. Line them onto baking paper and put into air fryer.  3. Air fry for 5mins on 180 degrees.  4. Serve hot on its own, or with biscuits.
