Banana fritters 炸香蕉

Goreng Pisang 


Banana fritters is delicious snack that can be eaten anytime of the day. Crispy on the outside and soft & sweet on the inside. 



Ingredients

Overiped bananas

Wheat flour

Oil

Water

Salt


Steps

Mix flour with salt, then add oil and water gradually until it becomes a thick batter. 

Ensure batter doesn't get too watery, if not the coating will be very little and thin, which results in less crisp

Heat a pot of oil on medium for frying 

Peel banana and dip into batter, coat it fully then put into oil

Fry for about 2mins, or until it turns golden brown 

Serve hot.
