 Crispy Nan Ru pork belly

香脆南乳炸肉

Ingredients 

500g Pork belly

3pcs red fermented beancurd

Some flour for coating the meat


Steps

Wash and cut pork belly into slices

Mash red fermented beancurd and mix in the pork belly slices

Crack and egg and whisk it slightly, then pour into the pork mixture and mix

Prepare all purpose flour in a separate plate

Heat a pot of oil 

Take out individual pork slices, coat it fully with flour and fry it in the oil for 1 to 2 mins

When pork turns brown, remove it and drain the oil

Serve hot.
