 Soy sauce Cajun fish



Ingredients 

1 Fish, any type

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 small bowl of water

Half tablespoon of Cajun spice powder 

Fried shallots, 2 tablespoons

Some garlic, cut into bits

Oil


Steps

Heat up some oil in a sauce pan on medium fire 

Add garlic bits and fry til fragrant 

Add fish, water and soy sauce into pan 

Cover lid and let it cook for 5 mins, then flip fish over and cook the other side for 3 mins

Add in Cajun spice powder and 1 tablespoon of fried shallots

Stir ingredients in pan

Once fish is fully cooked, scoop out fish into a plate then pour the gravy on top (if gravy looks very watery, continue heating it till it turns thicker then pour it out onto the fish)

Scatter the balance fried shallots on top of the fish

Serve hot.
