  Braised chicken 卤鸡腿 Ingredients: 4 pieces of chicken drumsticks or thighs 6 cloves of garlic 1 capsicum, cut into small chunks 4 tablespoons of sugar 4 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce 1 stalk of spring onion, chopped into small pieces  1 tablespoon of sesame oil 1 bowl of water, or enough to cover the chicken when cooking Steps: 1. On low heat, pour sugar and garlic into wok and stir until all of the sugar melts and slightly browned. 2. Pour water in and stir. 3. Add the soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sesame oil and stir.  4. Cover and let it boil.  5. Add in the chicken drumsticks. 6. Simmer on low heat for 12-15 mins. 7. Scoop out 2 spoonfuls of gravy using ladle and set aside to cook capsicum in another pot later.  8.  Air fried marshmallows Ingredients 6 pieces of Marshmallows Steps: 1. Insert toothpicks through the middle of marshmallows. 2. Line them onto baking paper and put into air fryer.  3. Air fry for 5mins on 180 degrees.  4. Serve hot on its own, or with biscuits.

 Etude House Fixing Tint Review Product This is a matt and lightweight type if tint that's hydrating on your lips.  Smudge-proof, doesn't stain your masks! It's long lasting, helps to save us from repeated application.  Plenty of color options, for now my favorite is Cranberry Plum.  One swipe for lighter shade, and a few more swipes for darker shade.  Overall, nice lip tint providing variety of shades from warm to sweet to dark. Best of all it's smudge proof so we can go without worries when using a mask!
