Butter garlic mushroom
Ingredients:
8 shitake mushrooms, washed and stems removed
8 cloves of garlic, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Mozarella cheese, grated
Steps:
1. Cut a small piece of butter and melt on wok, low heat.
2. Pour chopped garlic and fry till fragrant.
3. Pour in mushrooms and fry.
4. Add salt and pepper according to preference.
5. Cover with lid for 2 mins.
6. Turn all mushrooms facing up, and scoop garlic into each of the mushroom caps.
7. Add mozzarella cheese on each of the mushrooms.
8. Cover lid for 1-2 mins until cheese melts, then serve hot.
