Air fried banana pie

  Ingredients:  Frozen prata 1 pc Banana 1 pc, mashed  Steps: 1. Mash banana and place it on the middle of softened prata. 2. Fold prata into half and press down the sides to seal it up.  3. Put into air fryer for 10mins at 180deg until brown and crispy.  4. Serve hot. 

Winter solstice glutinous balls (汤圆)

  Ingredients: 200g glutinous flour (add more if preferred) Food coloring Sugar  Pandan leaves, washed Brown sugar Steps: 1. Pour warm water about 60 degrees into glutinous flour gradually and knead into a dough. 2. Split into different portions and add food coloring.  3. Roll small portions of the dough into round shapes. 4. Boil a pot of water and pour all the dumplings in to cook. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.  5. Prepare a tray with sugar.  6. When dumplings float on the boiling water, scoop them out using ladle and put into the tray with sugar and mix it. This prevents the dumplings from sticking together. Save aside for use later. Can keep this into the fridge if you can't finish it within the same day.  7. For soup, boil another pot of water and add in pandan leaves.  8. After water is boiled, remove pandan leaves and add in brown sugar.  9. Once brown sugar is dissolved, scoop out the soup and add in dumplings, serve hot.

Prepare hard copies of vaccine cert, swab test results, bus ticket and passport.  The officers there will inform you the bus number that you're assigned to. Record it somewhere as you will alight at sg & msia customs and board back the same bus.  Front door of bus is for loading luggage, back door for passenger boarding.  Pic: on board causeway link Bus The front of the bus is for storing luggage. Passengers all sit at the behind half of the bus. Not packed, about 20 pax per bus. Upon reaching SG customs, bus officer will inform you to alight and proceed to immigration for exit procedures.
