 Braised pork ribs with egg

Ingredients: 

10 pcs of pork ribs

4 cups of water

Some garlic, slightly crushed 

4 hard boiled eggs

4 tablespoons of soy sauce

2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce

Some salt


Steps: 

Prepare hard boiled eggs by placing eggs into boiling water for 8 minutes. Scoop out and place into cold water, then peel off the shells. Place eggs aside for use later. 

Blanch/boil pork ribs in boiling water, when the meat changes to grey color, scoop it out and set aside. 

Wash the pot and add 4 cups of water, pork ribs, garlic, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and eggs and bring to boil. 

Lower heat to small and continue to stew for 45 mins, add some water if necessary. Continue to stew until pork ribs soften. 

Add salt to taste. 

Serve hot.
