 Meat and veggies baked rice











Ingredients:

1 cup of rice, this serving is for 2 adults

Half tablespoon of sesame oil

2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce

2 tablespoons of sugar

500g minced meat

5 cloves of garlic, chopped

Some canola oil

2 stalks of parsley, chopped into small pieces 

2 tablespoons of oyster sauce

Pepper

Mozarella cheese, grated


Steps:

1. Wash rice and put into rice cooker. Amount of water should measure up till your index finger's first knuckle. 

2. Scoop away 2 tablespoons of water and replace it with 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce. 

3. Pour in sugar and sesame oil into rice and stir. 

4. Put into rice cooker to cook the rice.

5. Marinate minced meat with oyster sauce and pepper, then set aside for 30mins. 

6. After the rice is done, start to stir fry the meat.

7. Heat up some canola oil in wok, pour in the garlic and fry till fragrant. 

8. Pour in the meat and stir fry till its cooked. 

9. Scoop out the cooked rice into the wok and stir fry the rice and meat, mix them altogether.

10. Sprinkle parsley onto the rice and put mozarella cheese on top.

11. Cover the wok with lid and heat for 5mins, or till the cheese melts. 

12. Serve hot.
