Prata with cheese and maple syrup
Ingredients:
2 pieces of ready made prata
1 piece of cheese
Some maple syrup
Steps:
1. Heat up prata in wok. Check that the bottom of prata turns slightly brown, then flip it over with a spatula. Each side takes about 2-3 mins.
2. After flipping, place cheese on top of the prata.
3. Check bottom of the prata, remove from wok once it's slightly brown. By this time, the cheese is slightly melted.
4. Place prata with cheese side up on a plate.
5. Put in the second piece of prata into wok and repeat step 1.
6. Once both sides of prata are brown, remove from wok and place it on top of the first prata with cheese. The cheese is in the middle of 2 pratas.
7. Serve with maple syrup.
