What to order: 

1. Salted chicken (盐焗鸡）

This is a MUST to order, the chicken is marinated with salty herbs, fragrant and cooked to perfection. Chicken is soft and tasty. Remember to dip the spicy chilli, this dish is guaranteed to keep you coming back for more! 

2. Stir Fried beans


This is a dry stir fried style kind of veg, looks simple but it's very crunchy and delicious! 

3. Crabs






Their chilli crabs + fried buns is superb. The crabs I've eaten here are all big and fresh. Crabs here are very affordable, not too expensive though they are seasonal priced. Do ask waiter roughly how much it would cost first when ordering, to determine size of crab suitable for your table of guests, and the total price, to avoid getting a bill shock. 

Fried buns are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The mils sweet taste goes very well with chilli crab sauce, or even butter or salted egg sauce. If you're ordering butter cream or salted egg crabs, do remember to request for more gravy so that you can dip the buns! 

4. Hor Fun


This Hor Fun dish is usually what we order as a main course, not too oily for the noodle, gravy is nicely thickened, kids love it especially!

  Braised chicken 卤鸡腿 Ingredients: 4 pieces of chicken drumsticks or thighs 6 cloves of garlic 1 capsicum, cut into small chunks 4 tablespoons of sugar 4 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce 1 stalk of spring onion, chopped into small pieces  1 tablespoon of sesame oil 1 bowl of water, or enough to cover the chicken when cooking Steps: 1.  Air fried marshmallows Ingredients 6 pieces of Marshmallows Steps: 1. Insert toothpicks through the middle of marshmallows. 2. Line them onto baking paper and put into air fryer.  3. Air fry for 5mins on 180 degrees.  4. Serve hot on its own, or with biscuits.
