Dim sum here is very fresh

The skins of steamed dim sum like Har Kau is very soft



Xiao Long Bao has lots of juice in it, don't need to be worried about leaks, each dumpling comes with a holder so if the soup leaks, u can just drink from there. Very smart chef!



Prawns are fresh & succulent

Fried items are crispy, not too oily




This is the fried yam ball with char siew meat wrapped within, crispy on the outside, soft & sweet inside. 




Fried carrot cake is fragrant and full of wok hei

Spicy dumplings 红油抄手 is very tasty, it's a little sour and sweet. 



The Liu Sha (salted egg buns) and yam buns are all soft with liquid fillings, yum! 😋 






Chicken feet is sweet & spicy, taste good

  Braised chicken 卤鸡腿 Ingredients: 4 pieces of chicken drumsticks or thighs 6 cloves of garlic 1 capsicum, cut into small chunks 4 tablespoons of sugar 4 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce 1 stalk of spring onion, chopped into small pieces  1 tablespoon of sesame oil 1 bowl of water, or enough to cover the chicken when cooking Steps: 1. On low heat, pour sugar and garlic into wok and stir until all of the sugar melts and slightly browned. 2. Pour water in and stir. 3. Add the soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sesame oil and stir.  4. Cover and let it boil.  5. Add in the chicken drumsticks. 6. Simmer on low heat for 12-15 mins. 7. Scoop out 2 spoonfuls of gravy using ladle and set aside to cook capsicum in another pot later.  8. Continue to simmer the gravy with chicken for another 5-7 mins on high heat to thicken it.  9. Off the stove and remove chicken, place them on a serving plate.  10.
