Air fried teriyaki salmon with mayo

Air fried teriyaki salmon with mayo Ingredients:  1 piece of salmon 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce Mayonnaise  Steps: 1. Place salmon on aluminum foil.  2. Pour teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise over it. 3. Wrap up and air fry for 12 mins on 200 degrees.  4. Serve hot. 

Sweet and sour egg tofu

 Sweet and sour egg tofu 酸甜豆腐 Ingredients: 2 tubes of egg tofu, sliced Half tablespoon soy sauce Half tablespoon dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon black vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon water Half teaspoon corn starch 3 tablespoons of flour Canola oil, enough to cover base of wok Steps: 1. Heat up oil in wok. 2. Coat egg tofu in flour and put into wok to fry. 3. Once it turns slight brown, flip each of them over to fry the other side.  4. When both sides are brown, scoop out all the egg tofu and place them on a plate.  5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black vinegar, sugar, water and corn starch.  6. Heat the mixture in a separate pan on low heat till it thickens.  7. Pour thickened gravy onto the plate of egg tofu and serve hot.

 Meat and veggies baked rice Ingredients : 1 cup of rice, this serving is for 2 adults Half tablespoon of sesame oil 2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce 2 tablespoons of sugar 500g minced meat 5 cloves of garlic, chopped Some canola oil 2 stalks of parsley, chopped into small pieces  2 tablespoons of oyster sauce Pepper Mozarella cheese, grated Steps : 1. Wash rice and put into rice cooker. Amount of water should measure up till your index finger's first knuckle.  2. Scoop away 2 tablespoons of water and replace it with 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce.  3. Pour in sugar and sesame oil into rice and stir.  4. Put into rice cooker to cook the rice. 5. Marinate minced meat with oyster sauce and pepper, then set aside for 30mins.  6. After the rice is done, start to stir fry the meat. 7. Air fried marshmallows

 Air fried marshmallows Ingredients 6 pieces of Marshmallows Steps: 1. Insert toothpicks through the middle of marshmallows. 2. Line them onto baking paper and put into air fryer.  3. Air fry for 5mins on 180 degrees.  4. Serve hot on its own, or with biscuits. 

Butter garlic mushroom

 Butter garlic mushroom Ingredients : 8 shitake mushrooms, washed and stems removed 8 cloves of garlic, chopped Salt Pepper Butter Mozarella cheese, grated Steps : 1. Cut a small piece of butter and melt on wok, low heat.  2. Pour chopped garlic and fry till fragrant.  3. Pour in mushrooms and fry.  4. Add salt and pepper according to preference.  5. Cover with lid for 2 mins. 6. Turn all mushrooms facing up, and scoop garlic into each of the mushroom caps.  7. Add mozzarella cheese on each of the mushrooms.  8. Cover lid for 1-2 mins until cheese melts, then serve hot. 

Air fried potato

 Air fried potato Ingredients: Potato Hotdog, chopped into small pieces Salt Pepper Sweet corn Mozarella cheese, grated Steps: 1. Wash and air fry potato for 30-40 mins on 200 degrees, until fork-tender.  2. Remove potato from air fryer and slice off the top of it. 3. Scoop out potato into a bowl, keep the skin intact for use later.  4. Add hotdog, salt, pepper, sweet corn and mozarella cheese into potato, then mix all of them together.  5. Scoop all the ingredients back into the potato skin. 6. Put into air fryer for 6 mins. 7. Open air fryer and add mozzarella cheese on top and air fry another 2 mins.  8. Serve hot.

  Air fried salmon Ingredients : 1 piece of salmon  Salt Pepper Paprika powder Parsley Steps : 1. Place salmon on aluminum foil. 2. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika powder onto both sides of salmon.  3. Cover up the salmon and put into air fryer for 12 mins at 200 degrees.  4. Remove from air fryer, put parsley on top of salmon and serve hot. 

Prata with cheese and maple syrup

 Prata with cheese and maple syrup  Ingredients: 2 pieces of ready made prata 1 piece of cheese Some maple syrup Steps: 1. Heat up prata in wok. Check that the bottom of prata turns slightly brown, then flip it over with a spatula. Each side takes about 2-3 mins.  2. After flipping, place cheese on top of the prata.  3. Check bottom of the prata, remove from wok once it's slightly brown. By this time, the cheese is slightly melted.  4. Place prata with cheese side up on a plate.  5. Put in the second piece of prata into wok and repeat step 1.  6. Once both sides of prata are brown, remove from wok and place it on top of the first prata with cheese. The cheese is in the middle of 2 pratas.  7. Serve with maple syrup. 

Braised chicken

  Braised chicken 卤鸡腿 Ingredients: 4 pieces of chicken drumsticks or thighs 6 cloves of garlic 1 capsicum, cut into small chunks 4 tablespoons of sugar 4 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce 1 stalk of spring onion, chopped into small pieces  1 tablespoon of sesame oil 1 bowl of water, or enough to cover the chicken when cooking Steps: 1. On low heat, pour sugar and garlic into wok and stir until all of the sugar melts and slightly browned. 2. Pour water in and stir. 3. Add the soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sesame oil and stir.  4. Cover and let it boil.  5. Add in the chicken drumsticks. 6. Simmer on low heat for 12-15 mins. 7. Scoop out 2 spoonfuls of gravy using ladle and set aside to cook capsicum in another pot later.  8. Continue to simmer the gravy with chicken for another 5-7 mins on high heat to thicken it.  9. Off the stove and remove chicken, place them on a serving plate.  10. Pork belly with golden mushrooms

  Pork belly with golden mushrooms 五花肉金针菇 Ingredients : 1 packet of pork belly 1 packet of golden mushroom, cut off the roots and washed Half tablespoon of soy sauce Half clove garlic, chopped 3 stalks of parsley, chopped  Steps: Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees. Line baking tray with aluminum foil. Spread golden mushrooms on the aluminum foil. Spread pork belly on top of the golden mushrooms.  Sprinkle chopped garlic & parsley on top of pork belly. Pour soy sauce over the ingredients. Put into oven and bake for half an hour. Serve hot. 

Deep fried pomfret

This dish provides us with crispy and fragrant Pomfret fish. It's delicious to go with rice.  煎黑仓 Ingredients:  1 small pomfret 1 teaspoon salt Pepper 5 tablespoons of oil (enough to cover the base of wok) Steps:  Wash and clean out the insides of pomfret fish Slice the fsh horizontally, this makes it easier to be cooked Spread half teaspoon of salt on each side of the fsh  Sprinkle pepper on each side  Heat up oil in wok Put the fish into the wok to deep fry for about 5 mins Flip and fry the other side for another 4 mins Once the skin turns golden brown, remove from wok and serve.
